Her Story

Born in Ishgard to a lesser noble family, Sevillana Rose Luzeau— or rather, Shana— spent most of her life in a lightless cellar. A nameless, loveless soul. The day she first heard her voice was the day she learned to scream. Needless to say, Shana's past was full of thorns.It had been some time since she had left the Holy See, venturing beyond its walls to the rest of Eorzea. Her presence never lingered long in one place, and few knew the woman past witty remarks and riddled conversation. Fewer still had ever learned her name. Mystery hung like mist around her, but perhaps that was for the better— Her closet held more bones than most.During the day, she was a travelling songstress; the ephemeral Silver Siren. Boin and fame had never been her goal. It simply granted her access to various establishments and clients for her night-time persona. When the mask was on, she was Huntress; silent, cold, and ever ruthless in her pursuits. As a bounty hunter, she preferred to deal with information over gil.So there were her two halves; the ephemeral songstress, and the merciless Huntress. Two halves of a facade that shielded a heart tired of running. Behind her layers of protection, Shana often longed for some semblance of permanence. Somewhere— or someone— that felt like home. Perhaps then, her nights could be filled with warmth in place of nightmares.Little did she know, she would find just that.
